All users can access the active organisations within the directory.
Users can use the organisation directory to broaden their understanding of other organisations within the network, and share knowledge about one another.
The list view previews details of the organisation, including name, contact details, referral acceptance status, and and excerpt from their service offering, which helps the user obtain a basic understanding of the organisation before viewing more details.

Searching clients
Users can search for organisations by entering a name or email address in the search field. The results will include only organisations which are active on the system.
Only system administrators have permission to search and view inactive organisations in their systems.

Filtering organisation
In addition to searching, users can filter the directory to locate a specific organisation. Available filters include referral acceptance status, parent organisation, and tags.
Users can also filter by the types of referrals an organisation accepts, including client age, issue type, client gender, residing local authority, and sending organisation.
After selecting the desired filters, users should click “Apply” to update the results. To remove all filters, they can click “Clear”.

Inactive organisations
Only system administrators can access the inactive organisations within the directory.
The inactive organisations list includes organisations that are no longer subscribed to the administering organisation’s network. This differs from an organisation marked as “not accepting referrals,” as an organisation can remain active while choosing only to send referrals within the system.
Awaiting approval
Only system administrators can access the organisations awaiting approval to join the system.
Organisations that request to join the administering organisation’s network via the login page will appear under the “Awaiting Approval” tab in the directory.
System administrators can review and approve these requests from this tab.
Condensed view
Users can switch to a condensed view of the organisation directory to browse more organisations at once. In this view, details of the organisation’s service offer are hidden.

Detailed view
All users have the necessary permissions to browse the full details of active organisations within the system. However, only system administrators can view inactive organisations or those awaiting approval to join the system.
Users can click on an organisation to view more details, including contact information, links to social channels, service offerings, and referral criteria. Organisations also have the option to add a bio, allowing users from other organisations in the network to learn more about their mission and services.
